All services are provided 'as-is' without any warranty or guarantee of availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using KIMEI's services and website. Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of the website is lawful and complies with Vietnamese regulations, including, but not limited to, the Law on Information Technology (2006), Law on E-Transactions (2005), and Law on Cybersecurity (2018).

Limitation of Liability

KIMEI’s liability for any claims, damages, or losses shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding twelve months.
