Responsibilities
● Test Strategy Development: Design and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and
test scripts based on project requirements and user stories.
● Testing Execution: Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional,
regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
● Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects through their
lifecycle using defect tracking tools. Work closely with the development team to ensure
timely resolution.
● Automation Framework: Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of
automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
● Quality Metrics: Define, collect, and report key quality metrics to track the progress and
effectiveness of the QA process.

● Risk Assessment: Evaluate project risks and implement testing procedures to mitigate
potential issues.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product
managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure the delivery of
high-quality products.
● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QC engineers, fostering a
culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
● Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine testing processes to improve
the overall quality and efficiency of the IT department.

Requirements
● Over 4 years of working experience as a Manual Tester.
● Have experience in leading a team, planning, and reviewing…
● Extensive experience with both manual and automated testing.
● Strong background in testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
● Understanding of web and software development processes.
● Familiarity with the Agile Scrum software development process and software testing
phases.
● Experience in E-commerce website testing or multiple websites.
● Ability to do manual testing, DB testing, and API testing.
● Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, LoadRunner).
● Proficiency in test planning and estimation to ensure effective and efficient testing
processes.
● Ability to apply process testing for the initial process phase.
● Strong communication skills, both in teamwork and independence.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
● Good English language skills are a plus.
